At the age of 25, Stephanie Gilezan was the first and youngest realtor in Kentucky to be awarded one of the top 30 agents under thirty years old in the country by the National Association of Realtors.

Stephanie moved her brokerage to eXp Realty and eXp Commercial in all 50 states. Stephanie recruits, trains, and supports commercial real estate professionals across the country to transform the commercial real estate industry.

With over 24 years of experience as a licensed broker, Stephanie has become an expert in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate, Business Brokerage, Business Development, and Commercial Investments.

She is also a land developer, builder, owns and operates a real estate team in the top 5% of producers in Kentucky and Indiana.
